Restaurace Ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 ba\u0161ta soused\u00ed s Libereckou Zoo, kter\u00e1 je nejstar\u0161\u00ed zoo v Evrop\u011b. Ale, hned o pod\u00e1l je dal\u0161\u00ed kulturn\u00ed vy\u017eit\u00ed. Botanick\u00e1 zahrada a asi 400m Libereck\u00e9 Muzeum. Ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 ba\u0161ta le\u017e\u00ed na malebn\u00e9m Labut\u00edm jez\u00edrku,kter\u00e9 je pln\u00e9 ryb.V l\u00e9t\u011b tu ryby d\u011blaj\u00ed \u00fachvatnou pod\u00edvanou. N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci Ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 ba\u0161ty je tu krm\u00ed pe\u010divem, po kter\u00e9m doslova vyskakuj\u00ed z vody a ukazuj\u00ed tak svoj\u00ed kr\u00e1su a velikost. Mysl\u00edm,\u017ee Ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 ba\u0161ta m\u00e1 nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed letn\u00ed terasu ze v\u0161ech restaurac\u00ed v Liberci. M\u00e1me terasu o kapacit\u011b 80 m\u00edst na sezen\u00ed. Terasa lemuje jez\u00edrko a je metr nad vodou. Je tady tud\u00ed\u017e romantick\u00fd pohled na labut\u011b a pelik\u00e1ny. To bylo \u00favodem, abych v\u00e1m p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil pohled na okol\u00ed restaurace. P\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017e\u00edm v\u00e1m tedy chod a gastronomii jako takovou. Jsem p\u016fvodem kucha\u0159. Jezdil jsem na z\u00e1vody kucha\u0159\u016f a kulin\u00e1\u0159\u016f. Pr\u00e1ce kucha\u0159e m\u011b bavila a proto jsem se rozhodl tuhle zku\u0161enost p\u0159edat d\u00e1l. Na\u0161e restaurace d\u011bl\u00e1 pokrmy ne jenom z ryb, ale jsou tu u jin\u00e9 gastronomick\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky. R\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy Steak\u016f, zeleninov\u00fdch pokrm\u016f, specialit ze zv\u011b\u0159iny. A dokonce se v\u011bnujeme i d\u011btem. Maj\u00ed tu sv\u016fj d\u011btsk\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed l\u00edstek pln\u00fd r\u016fzn\u00fdch dobrot co d\u011bti mlsaj\u00ed. Va\u0159\u00edme z \u010derstv\u00fdch surovin. Hodn\u011b si na tom zakl\u00e1d\u00e1me. A proto sem lid\u00e9 chod\u00ed. Chodi sem klientela, kter\u00e1 chod\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b k n\u00e1m kv\u016fli surovin\u00e1m. M\u016fj team kucha\u0159\u016f va\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b v\u0161e od z\u00e1kladn\u00edch surovin. Nezn\u00e1me tu \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 polotovary, v\u0161e si d\u011bl\u00e1me samostatn\u011b. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 konzervanty.D\u011bl\u00e1me si dokonce i sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edlohy. Hranolky a atd. Host\u00edme tu velk\u00e9 firmy, kter\u00e9 u n\u00e1s cht\u011bj\u00ed firemn\u00ed rauty, bankety. D\u011bl\u00e1me tu kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 svatebn\u00ed hostiny. Kter\u00fdch jsme tu ud\u011blali nespo\u010det. Ka\u017ed\u00fd rok jich tu ud\u011bl\u00e1me o kolo 20-25. V m\u00e9 restauraci jsou profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9 jak v kuchyni,tak v restauraci \u010d\u00ed\u0161n\u00edci .Budou k v\u00e1m v\u017edy p\u0159istupovat profesion\u00e1ln\u011b, slu\u0161n\u011b v\u00e1s p\u0159iv\u00edtaj\u00ed. Porad\u00ed jak s v\u00fdb\u011brem pokrm\u016f,tak i s v\u00fdb\u011brem kvalitn\u00edho v\u00edna. Kter\u00e9ho tu m\u00e1me nespo\u010det.V\u00edno si voz\u00edme a\u017e z Moravy. A mysl\u00edm, \u017ee si p\u0159\u00edjdou na sv\u00e9 \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161ichni i ti dob\u0159\u00ed vina\u0159i. Dr\u017e\u00edme tu tak\u00e9 sv\u00e1tky. V\u00e1noce, Velikonoce, svat\u00e9ho Martina. Ka\u017ed\u00fd rok p\u0159\u00edmo 24.12. m\u00e1me otev\u0159eno. Je tu kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra, kdy se tu pou\u0161t\u00ed kap\u0159i a je tu \u017eiv\u00e1 hudba s p\u0159edstaven\u00edm pro d\u011bti\u010dky. V\u016fn\u011b sva\u0159\u00e1k\u016f, pun\u010de a dobr\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9ry se tu stala tradic\u00ed. A ka\u017ed\u00fd rok je tu p\u0159ed ba\u0161tou o kolo 200 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f. Na Velikono\u010dn\u00ed sv\u00e1tky d\u011bl\u00e1me tradi\u010dn\u00ed pokrmy. A na svat\u00e9ho Martina pe\u010deme svatomartinskou husu, ke kter\u00e9 pod\u00e1v\u00e1me svatomartinsk\u00e9 v\u00edno. Uvnit\u0159 ba\u0161ty najdete kr\u00e1sn\u00fd pohled ven na labut\u00ed jez\u00edrko a letni terasu. Na kter\u00e9 v let\u011b grilujeme sel\u00e1tka, steaky, ryby, zeleninu. U vnit\u0159 je tak\u00e9 65 m\u00edst k sezen\u00ed a d\u011btsk\u00fd koutek pro d\u011bti\u010dky. Ale, restaurace dok\u00e1\u017ee pojmout a\u017e 80 host\u016f. A s letn\u00ed terasou dok\u00e1\u017eeme obslou\u017eit a\u017e 170 host\u016f. Pokud se chyst\u00e1te do Liberce na v\u00fdlet. Do zoo nebo prost\u011b jen tak. Nav\u0161tivte pros\u00edm na\u0161\u00ed restauraci, kter\u00e1 tu stoj\u00ed u\u017e 121 let a u\u017e 40 let funguje jako restaurace. Ochutnejte na\u0161\u00ed Gastronomii.
